1. Service purpose
Yeni ERP Nightly Report is an internal operational service. It prepares a PDF summary of open technical tickets and sends that report to recipients configured by Yeni Group administrators.
2. Google data and permissions
The service requests the Google OAuth scope required to send email:
- Gmail send permission: used only to transmit the scheduled report from the authorized Google account.
- The service does not read inbox messages, contacts, drafts, labels, or mailbox history.
- The service does not delete or modify existing messages.
3. Information processed
To perform the requested delivery, the service processes the generated report, configured recipient email addresses, and the authorization credentials required by Google to send the message. The public website does not collect visitor information through forms and does not provide access to ERP records.
4. Use and sharing
Google user data is used only to provide the email-sending function described above. It is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
5. Storage and security
OAuth credentials are stored in protected server-side configuration and are not exposed through this website. Access is limited to the service operation and authorized administrators. The authorization remains active only while the reporting service is enabled or until access is revoked.
6. Your controls
The authorizing Google account holder can revoke access at any time from the Google Account third-party connections settings. Revocation prevents the service from sending further reports until authorization is granted again.
